ABOUT

Henry has over 35 years experience in investment banking and asset management.  His focus has been on securitisation, structured finance and real estate.

He has had roles in research, trading, structuring and investing in the US, Europe and Australia.

Over the years he has worked for Salomon Brothers, Goldman Sachs, Nomura International and Barclays Capital where he was MD and head of Corporate Securitisation.  Henry was also a portfolio manager at Columbia Threadneedle Investments (CTI) for 3 years until 2014.

In 2014 Henry was a founding partner of Gryphon Capital Investments (GCI), a specialist investor in secured credit spun out of CTI.  GCI manages a Listed Investment Trust on the ASX and in 2023 was acquired by Barings, a global investment manager.

​

Henry has held a number of non-executive, consulting and advisory roles, some of which are on-going.  He is also a commercial yacht master and pilot.
