Advised on the possibilities of using securitisation as a tool to develop cheaper financing for buyers of EVs.  We concluded that there are other more important barriers to the take-up of EVs at the moment than the cost of funding.  Exploring ways to use securitisation to provide private capital to fund growth of EV infrastructure.

As a founding partner, I negotiated the spin-off of the team from our former employer Threadneedle Asset Management.  I subsequently became a research consultant as Gryphon focussed on Australia.  Wrote and edited research reports, marketing material and monthly updates.  Worked on special projects as and when needed.

Developed stochastic and deterministic models for valuing Equity Release Mortgages and replicating rating agency analysis of portfolios and structured bonds secured on them.  Included the ability to structure bonds eligible for the Matching Adjustment portfolios of insurance companies.
