Co-opted member of Investment Committee for the RBKC pension fund.  Advise mainly on real estate and fixed income investments.

CIFCO is owned by Mid-Suffolk and Babergh District Councils.  It is designed to generate income for the Local Authorities to spend on providing services in their communities.  CIFCO invests in commercial properties with a diversified portfolio of 21 assets valued at approximately £83 million.

Trustee and member of the Finance Committee.

The Trust aimed to generate funding to keep historic Naval aircraft flying at airshows around the country to honour those who are serving or have served in the Fleet Air Arm, as well as educating the public about the importance of Naval Aviation.  Now known as Navy Wings, the organisation has grown significantly.

Independent non-executive director.  Advice on finance, tax and legal structuring etc. Gateway14 is a development of ca. 150 acres park of science, logistics and manufacturing.  We have secured our first occupier with The Range taking over 40% of the total developable area. Gateway14 Ltd is wholly owned by Mid-Suffolk District Council.

Executive Committee member of the Asset Managers and Investors Council (AMIC) and Chairman of the Securitisation Working Group.

AMIC represents the views of the buy-side members of ICMA by discussing investment issues of common interest, reaching a consensus and recommending any action that ICMA should take.
